Product ok but not great service

I probably should have shopped around before placing my order or at least did a research on their whole process process. The cover seemed a bit small as l had to practically force my phone in and it didn’t leave enough space to move the ringer/silent button so l am currently using my phone cover from Amazon. My order was supposed to be express which said 1-2 days and it took way longer due to what they say is “production”. I received my order after a week so not happy with that as well.
