Damage caused by airline mishandling is not covered by LIVExMAINTAIN.com. In this instance we advise you to contact the airline responsible as soon as possible (ideally before leaving the airport where the damage took place). *

RETURNING ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CUSTOMISED
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused item(s) to us within 14 days after the delivery of the order.
All item(s) that are being returned must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition that it was delivered to you in. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these terms above are not met.
Before an item is returned you must contact us via email on contact@livexmaintain.com you will be given the return details and be advised that your order must be returned back to us within 7 working days.
You also have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
