    We aim to get your item through production quicker but depending on the time of year this may not be possible. When your order is ready we will send you a dispatch notification via email. Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

     

    Customs x Import Charges (International customers outside the UK)

    Customs and duty fees are not included in the final price of the order. Once the item(s) is dispatched and reaches the destination country, if there are any applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges it is the responsibility of the customer to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for a country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.

    If import, duty fees and taxes are not paid on request and the item is returned back to us we will charge you the full amount for the shipping costs + 50% administration fee.

     

    Incorrect Delivery Addresses

    We will deliver the products ordered to the address provided for delivery when the order was placed. Delivery addresses provided must be accurate and include a full postcode, in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the post due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postcode being provided by the customer, the resend charge will be applicable.

     

    Returned Due To Failed Delivery Attempts 

    If your personalised suitcase has been returned due to failed delivery attempts then unfortunately you will need to pay a small redelivery fee of £10 to contribute towards the cost before we can resend the suitcase. If the redelivery fee is not paid we will charge you the full amount for the shipping costs + 50% administration fee as this is a personalised item that was uniquely created for you.

     

    Items that have not yet been delivered

    If your item has not been delivered within the estimated timescales shown on your confirmation email please allow an extra 5 working days for your item to be delivered to you before contacting us via email on contact@livexmaintain.com.

    Working days = Monday to Friday and DO NOT include weekends (Saturday and Sunday), bank holidays or public holidays

    In the event that there is a claim of non delivery of an item we will send a replacement. We do not provide refunds for claims of an item not being delivered.
