I ordered this suitcase very last minute because another company had let me down badly. I needed it for my grandaughters birthday and because she was going on holiday the following week. Brilliant service, very speedy delivery, brilliant product. Highly recommended. Very good company to deal with.

Lovely case but delivery was longer than stated so never got to use it as it arrived when I was on holiday! Still beautiful though

The suitcase took a little longer than than first thought . But the customer service In front of me that they where out of stock at the moment , but if I want to change the size of the suitcase I could . I decided to wait for the one I ordered . The customer service was very good letting me know when it would be sent out . The kept me informed at all times and was very prompt with their replies when the suitcase finally came I was very pleased even better than I hoped for .
